      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure your Windows OS is up to date.&amp;nbsp;For installation issues, make sure you are following these points:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;You have the administrator rights on the profile you are installing TurboTax on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;You are not trying to install on a cloud.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find it takes quite a while to actual open the software after it checks for updates. It may be that you are not giving it enough time to get open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
