I seem to be having trouble activating the code. I am not sure what to do. I bought the TurboTax from Costco online. I did the same thing last year and had no trouble.

I have entered it in a few different platforms, copied paste and typed it out. I even emailed the support email and they have yet to get back to me. I only use one account and have not used the code that was provided on any other account.
