      <title>Unable to see messages from accountant with Full Service Deluxe 2025</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got off our call with the accountant (very nice and helpful BTW) to prepare our 2025 taxes and they mentioned they would send us questions through chat. I couldn't see where that was on my screen. She sent a test message but we didn't see anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laptop with Windows 11, running latest Chrome browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went into settings and allowed pop-ups.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did get an e-mail saying there's a message waiting for me. I just tried using Microsoft Edge and it looks exactly the same as it does in Google Chrome.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would it be possible to have a call tomorrow sometime after 10am Eastern time?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
