I paid it through the Turbo tax account . Now the CRA is looking for moneu? Where is the money I sent them?

TurboTax does not process your tax payment to the CRA. When you paid through the software, you were likely paying the TurboTax service fee (the cost of the software or expert assistance), not the actual tax balance you owe to the government.
