      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did get help as I was able to get in contact with a real live person at TT!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did vent a little bit of frustration though.&amp;nbsp; I received an email from TT some time ago advising starting with the 2025 edition I would not be able to run on Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; I am not a real savvy computer user though and took my computer to my IT guy and asked him to upgrade.&amp;nbsp; WHAT THE EMAIL DID NOT TELL ME THOUGH IS THAT ONCE I UPGRADED I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN PAST YEAR'S PROGRAMS.&amp;nbsp; I HAVE TO UNINSTALL AND THEN REINSTALL ALL YEARS IF I WISHED TO OPEN.&amp;nbsp; I could not bypass any way other than doing this.&amp;nbsp; I don't keep all my invoices and keys from previous years.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately the person I spoke with was able to give me the key code for 2025.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully this is all I will need, but frustrating if I have do this for 2024 and back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry didn't really answer your question.&amp;nbsp; 2025 and prior years.&amp;nbsp; When I click on my desktop Icon, it seems to "want" to open.&amp;nbsp; Asks if I want to download upgrades, but then just loops after clicking yes.&amp;nbsp; Cannot read or open past year's returns.&amp;nbsp; Tried various things noted online, sign in as administrator, but still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
