Yes also not applied, in spite of logging in and out and clearing cache, etc etc , and then called in to be told that they cannot give me a code for 40% but 20%. if I want the 40% they will have to see the email? they did send it to me, maybe they can check that first, instead of me proving I have an email. what was a positive YAY moment, I get some money off is now a headache....awaiting a call to see what someone higher up the chain can do...

@astinnissen As the email is sent randomly by another department, we do not have the list of the customers who received it. You can send us a screenshot of this email and your order number, and we will get back to you.

@astinnissen Your refund request has been approved and will soon be processed. You can expect to see the refund appear on the original payment method used on the original order. Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 weeks, but processing time can vary based on your credit card company.

Seems the problem is happening again this year (for 2025 taxes). I was promised 40% off, but when I went to pay (before March 15), it is only discounting 25%. Not sure if I should just pay that now, in case the discount gets reduced even further before this is resolved....
