&lt;P&gt;If you no longer have the return files, or the PDF archive of your return, then unfortunately, because TurboTax Desktop only saves to your computer, we don't have copies of your returns. You can still get the information you need from CRA MyAccount, or you can contact them for a copy of your return. If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495.
