Your installation may occasionally be reset by Windows updates. The software TurboTax is backwards compatible. You can open, view, and print files from 2024 without activating the previous software if you use the most recent version (2025).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a new PC and I am trying to view information from TurboTax 2024 but it indicated my activation limit is reached. Is there any way I can go back into TurboTax 2024 details without purchasing that year again? I called customer support and I was told I cannot install TurboTax on my new PC if the activation limit was reached and I would need to purchase again. The only other way to look at the 2024 information was to review the PDF but there was no option to look at 2024 through the program without another purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
