    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have not paid as of yet, you can click on "start a new return" and start again from scratch. Once you have completed your tax profile, you can return to your return manager page, and you will see the return you wanted to delete listed with a garbage can beside it. Click on the garbage can, and it will then delete this return.&lt;/P&gt;
