Unfortunately, you can't import your previous taxes year's data from TurboTax Online to TurboTax Desktop. TurboTax Online can't export anything other than a PDF file, and TurboTax Desktop can't open PDF files. Only .ttxx files.

Thanks for responding. An answer but not a solution. Apparently I cannot import the personal information from the desktop version from 2022 to 2024 either. I regret using the online version for 2023 returns. Its just a little more keyboard work.

Unfortunately, Import is only available from previous year to the current year. Unfortunately, You can't import your previous taxes year's data from TurboTax Online to TurboTax Desktop. guess I need to switch to a different software because this is junk if you punish me for using your online last year.
