Personnel data transfer from previous year

How can I transfer personnel data from previous year's files using online version? I tried it many times as instructed but it kept going back to the same question round & round. I pushed Yes to help me to find previous date but it kept asking sign in again & again??

Transfer from a prior year is done at the start of a new return. If you’ve already started a TurboTax Online return, you can still transfer your information by starting a new one. If you are getting stuck in a loop, We suggest using a different browser or try clearing cookies and cache.

Please follow instructions in this link to import information from your last year return to the current year Tax return.
