    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't get an error message but Turbotax is stuck "waiting for data".&amp;nbsp; I had connected to CRA using a login partner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this the same issue as reported above?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried different browsers, clearing cache, etc and nothing is working.&amp;nbsp; I would really like to file my taxes.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting this error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;H1&gt;Error—ERR.021&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;We cannot proceed with your request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;for help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When contacting us, provide this message number. Have your individual tax return on hand and be prepared to answer additional questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Error 21 relates to your Netfile access code. It can be found just under the date on your Notice of Assessment. It changes every year.&amp;nbsp; Check that to ensure you have the correct access code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cleared the cache and browsing history....first tried edge...then Chrome...then downloaded Firefox....at least 4 times each way...called CRA...they said the issue may be I need a capcha reader...downloded one of them....NOTHING works for access.&amp;nbsp; Using McAfee software....very frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We suggest you to log in to your CRA My Account and, by example, verify the authorization for TurboTax.
