turbo tax easy step options are locked and I can't add "Other income sourses"

I went through all the steps by clicking "next" until I reached the end, and I did use CRA to import my income data. When I reached the end, I noticed it never showed me to option to add rental income, so I tried to go back but all the options are locked on the navigation menu. I went back step by step by clicking "back" but it seems to skip the "Other income sources" Going from "income summary" to "Principal residence".

I saw other similar questions were solved by going back to the summary, but I am also unable to do that. I cannot click on the link, as it is blocked, and if I keep clicking "back" eventually it shows this screen:

And I am unable to go back further.

Please let me know how can I solve this issue.

If the left side menu is locked, you'll need to continue until you get to the Income & Expenses section to unlock it. If that doesn't work, please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.

Alternatively, you can go into Forms mode and fill out the T776 Statement of Real Estate Rentals.
