How do I schedule a callback if I am in Australia with an Australian phone number? Need to have my taxes reviewed before sending to the CRA

I live in Australia and am a non-resident of Canada. I earned some income in Canada early last year, and purchased the Assist & Review package so an expert could review my taxes before I submit them to the CRA. However I am unable to schedule a callback because the online form won't accept non-Canadian phone numbers. The Contact Us form also won't take non-Canadian phone numbers and doesn't have an option for email. I don't even need to talk to someone unless there is an issue, just ned someone to take a look. How can TurboTax be contacted? Thanks.

TurboTax tax experts can only call a Canadian/North American number. They cannot make any international calls.

Please also note that TurboTax Live service is not available for any non-resident returns.

I had the same question - so why is this not made clear when you set up a new tax return ? and how do I get a refund on my fees if you can't assist me ?

@MabelLeaf If Assist & Review are not able to assist you because you don't have a North America phone number, and you already paid, give us the order number.

We have to do some verification in the system, and if did not use the service, we will be able to refund the Assist & Review portion on your order.

Look forward to receiving the refund given I was unable to use any of your services and cannot contact you by phone because I'm not in the US or Canada. And you have no email address - so I guess this message board is the only way of contacting you - which is a strange way to do business....

@MabelLeaf To get a refund for a TurboTax Full Service product, you would need to open your Full Service return. There you can contact a Full Service agent by clicking on “Documents” on the top left of the page, then “I have questions or need help with docs”.
