&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ensure that you've matched up the box with the number of months entered to the proper type of income.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Box 23&lt;/STRONG&gt; is how many months you received the amounts in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Box 14 - retirement income.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Box 21&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;is how many months your received the amounts in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Box 16 - disability benefit&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Please see the image below.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;# of month entered into appropriate box but continue to say that the number cannot exceed 12. TurboTax check also did not detect a number of other entries. No error codes given when trying to Netfile. Simply go to a page to choose "Print file for filing by mail or "File later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
