I paid, downloaded 2025 Turbotax 8-standard software. Why, under "Tools",then "Optimizers" does the "Charitable, Medical or Pension" not provide access to click on them?

those 3 options under Optimizers show in faded text, but I am unable to make them clickable.to open. Why not?

You need to be in Form mode for those options to be available. In EasyStep mode, the optimizers will appear in the section of the interview that they relate to. Ex: the Medical Optimizer will show up after you've entered your medical receipts.
