Just one more question if you could kindly guide pls. I called Cra and they told me they can’t reset my NetFile right now since I haven’t received my NOA. Once I receive that they can reset it. Just want to make sure I can get my NetFile account unlocked by calling CRA and refile? Because I have read mixed comments, some people are saying they got it unlocked, someone saying cra told them it will get unlocked when you file next year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please see the list of exclusions on the ReFILE website. If you require assistance, please call your EFILE Helpdesk. ReFILE&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise what should I do next? I am afraid that my NETFILE account will be locaked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;TT600&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;errors, including&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;TT600, TT601, TT602, TT603, AND TT604,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;are typically validation errors.&amp;nbsp;This means&amp;nbsp;you may have entered something&amp;nbsp;into your return that&amp;nbsp;TurboTax cannot understand or has not been programmed to accept.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The most common example&amp;nbsp;is:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Quotation marks, ampersands and other special characters in any fields that accept text, such as your name, address, your dependant’s names, etc.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the errors don’t provide much context as to where the error is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;In all cases,&amp;nbsp;technical support should be contacted if you encounter a TT600 error.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

After verifying all the entries in your profile, clear your cache/cookies, sign out of your return and restart your computer. I contacted CRA to unlock my NetFile account and they told me contact them after I receive NOA then they can reset and then I can refile.
