Please double-check the info that you’ve entered for your personal information (address, telephone number, etc) and make sure there is no extra punctuation or invalid characters.

To do this if you're using TurboTax Online, click on 2024 Tax Returns on the top left to go to the main page. Then click Personal Info, then Edit.
