    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying over the past three days to file my NETFILE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each time I try I get the following message;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We're sorry&lt;/STRONG&gt;, the Canada Revenue Agency was unable to accept your NETFILE&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;tax return&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Message from the CRA:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;CRA Result Code:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;No code is provided. I have checked that my name and SIN are the same for both the CRA and my tax return. I have tried at several different times on different days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Is there something else that could be prohibiting me from filing or is it a system issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this the first time you are filing a return with the CRA? &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, then m&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;ake sure to check your personal information, like your name &amp;amp; address. Make sure the information matches what the CRA has for you. If you are not sure what they have on file for you, you can confirm it with them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Also, make sure that you have not said yes to the question&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(57,58,61);font-size:14px;"&gt;, "Is this your first tax return being filed with the CRA?" under "Mandatory questions."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(57,58,61);font-size:14px;"&gt;If you have an NAC (Netfile access code), we recommend removing it and giving it a try because it is not a required field.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
