&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;Go back to your "tax profile" in your return and click on "Mandatory Questions." The first one asks, "&lt;STRONG&gt;Is this your first tax return being filed with the CRA?"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

All of my information matches what’s on the CRA website, but I’m still unable to file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve also been using &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;TurboTax&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; for years and rolled forward my information from last year’s return, as nothing has changed. Despite this, I’m encountering an N1 error. It seems there are some issued with TurboTax!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
