    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m reaching out because I need help with my TurboTax account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased the “Assisted Self-Employed Review” using a promotional discount with a deadline of April 8th. To secure the discount, I proceeded to the final payment step, but I have not yet submitted my tax return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that I’m ready to complete my filing, I’ve noticed that my SIN number is incorrect. I changed my SIN mid-2025, and I need to update it in my return. However, it seems that the field is now locked, possibly because I completed the payment step.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the moment, I’m unable to edit my SIN, even though my return has not been submitted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help me update my SIN or unlock this field so I can proceed correctly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already paid. I guess if I do a new return it would work, but I would have to pay a second time AND the full price.. Not fair at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
