cannot file due to incorrect property sale

I cannot file due to the error below

You have reported the sale of your principal residence(s) but you are missing information about your property. For each property, ...

However I have not sold my property but unable to get past this error.

Called turbotax support, they went through each of the screens but could not solve the problem. Called CRA who was unable to see any issue on their end.

Please help

Did you try going into Forms mode and look to see if any forms that you don't need are open? If you do see one that you don't need, choose Edit > Forms > Clear Current Form, then Edit > Forms > Close Unused Forms to get rid of it.

Thanks for reply, I tried clearing form for Pwrs worksheet but nothing works
