Same problem on my end with both of the returns I have tried to file. I only have one attempt left with my husbands so I am not going to file until I am VERY sure the system is working!

Hey everyone, looks like it's a netfile issue with CRA. I saw a turbo tax specialist updated on another thread, there are also updates on turbo taxs Facebook page.. it isnt clear regarding the 5 netfile attempts what exactly occurs after. Turbo Tax posted we have to likely get in touch with CRA to be unblocked if we reached our limit.

<P>This turbo tax issue transmission problem is a turbo tax problem they are unwilling to fix basted on the number of complaints.</P><P>Today May 5, 2020 i had the same problem.</P><P>I filed my tax and got a receipt.</P><P>A couple of minutes later i tried filing my wife's return and was rejected.</P><P>No connection blah blah.</P><P>Called CRA. They have no record of any netfile activity even though i tried several times.</P><P>My internet connect is fine.&nbsp;</P><P>I restarted my PC and tried again.</P><P>No luck.</P><P>I've been using TT for a long time but have never had this problem but if they don't fix it soon this will be my last year using TT.</P>
