British Columbia sales tax credit - not working/can't claim it

I'm trying to claim the British Columbia sales tax credit. I checked the box and said YES to the question: Do you want to claim this credit?

However on my tax summary, it says that the credit hasn't been claimed.

I tried going through it again to claim it, but it still didn't work.

Is this a glitch?

@adriennepenner Are you preparing your return with a spouse/partner? If so, check if it's showing up on their return instead of yours.
