2024 Taxes - unable to file - forms are not ready yet

I'm trying to file my taxes which include some capital gains and the application won't allow me to netfile as "the forms are not ready yet". Given that it is March 8th - this seems rather strange - I would have expected the forms to be finalized before this. Is there something I should be doing differently or are the forms for capital gains truly not formalized at this time?

Seems they will be ready "in the coming weeks" from Feb 24:
