topic Cannot print in Printing

Cannot print

I have the 2024 program. I have to print one to mail. I have tried everything. It keeps saying this App does not support preview? My printer works fine on everything else. I went to the saved PDF and it is not the one to file.

If you re using TurboTax Download version make sure it is up to date. If you are using a Online version, make sure to clear cookies and cache or use a different browser.

Please make sure to check if you are using any locked forms that might be preventing to Print.

No it is not fixed! I have tried for days to print and nothing. No sign of locked forms. I even uninstalled my printer and re-installed and nothing. It is not my printer. Everytime I go to print I get " This App does not support preview". I was online with a rep and she could not figure it out and told me to Try on Saturday.

This needs to be fixed. Please advise when this will be fixed.

@cbuist Are you using TurboTax Online in a browser or the mobile app? If you are using the browser version, is anything downloading to your computer? If so, can you open that file?

@John321 Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?

Same here. desktop version of 2024 does not allow to print or safe as a pdf file. tried multiple times

The program is saying that is up to date. manual update is not available

@TALAda Are you getting the "this App does not support preview" message or a different one? If you are getting a message regarding forms not being ready, you can see a list of Forms that are locked here: Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?

The tax forms showing are not used in my return but I still can not save as a PDF file or print the return

@Tala, uncheck any box related to Schedule 3. Please try to close any open and unused forms. Select Edit > Forms > Clear Current Form, and then Edit > Forms > Close Unused Forms.

All locked forms will be unlocked and ready by the 20th of March, 2025.
