I need to submit the return by mail, but these days I keep seeing this cute puppy. How can I solve this problem?

Are you trying to file from outside of Canada?

I have to file by mail because I was 'not in Canada as of December 31, 2025'. But I am physically trying to file from within Canada and its not working. I too have been done my taxes for 3 weeks and it continues to show an error.

@drewB63 Just to be clear, you were trying to Netfile and getting the same error as before? Are you filing as a non-resident? Are you getting this error when you try to print the return?

No. I cant Netfile because I lived in Canada till Oct, then moved to US, thus in answering the residency question, Was I a resident of Canada as of December 31, 2025, I must answer No. This gets me the message..then I cant Netfile, I must print PDF and mail When I go to Print PDF, I get the puppy message. This is checked everyday, different Web browzers, clearing cache, no ad blockers, restarting laptop.

This has been going on for a month..please advise.
