is there any update? it's almost a week and I am unable to open my tax return so that I can print it and mail it to CRA. Please advise next steps

Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser? Are you located outside of Canada?

I have already tried clearing my browser cache and using different browsers, but it still didn’t work. And yes, I am currently located outside of Canada.

Any updates on this yet? Please, I too have already gone through the clearing cache and changing browswers routine. I have also attempted to correct by changing payment methods (and ultimately paid twoce). This did not correct the issue. Please include me on the update list.

I am able to download the pdf but few pages are missing. It should be 8 page but I only see 4 pages, I am not sure if I am missing something.

You should receive a page telling you what must be sent. Also, one of the pages should have a barcode. If you have that page plus what the instructions advise, then that is all that is needed.

The page which I have to send has missing pages, no barcode pages. I am pretty sure it’s incomplete, can you look into it?

@reejajohn To print a CRA copy of your return

Go to Finish and File section from the left hand side navigation bar and choose an option to Print and mail your return.

Yes I am clicking on that, from step 1 it directly skip to step 6. There should be 8 pages but it has only 4 pages. PDF pages are incomplete for sure
