    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you used TurboTax Online in 2021, then unfortunately the TurboTax service for that has been discontinued, so you won't be able to reopen your 2021 return to Refile it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can still make adjustments using the &lt;A href="https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/account-individuals.html" target="_blank"&gt;Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) My Account service&lt;/A&gt; or you can print &amp;amp; mail a &lt;A href="https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/forms-publications/forms/t1-adj.html" target="_blank"&gt;T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I filed my 2021 return using TurboTax online. I need to make adjustments to it and re-file, but I can’t figure out how to access my 2021 return. I can access all other years. How do I get to the 2021 return online?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
