      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you get a NETFILE confirmation number? If you didn't then your return was not successfully sent, and you'll have to try again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the exact error message that you are getting? If you are getting a NETFILE error saying your account is locked, you'll need to contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and ask for your NETFILE account to be unlocked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495.
