Turbo Tax 100% Accurate Calculation Guarantee Claim

I was reassessed for the childcare expenses for the 2021-2023 years. I would like to file a claim but Turbo Tax is not making it all that easy to do. There should be a link to upload the files clearly located on your support site. When I call the support phone number, there should be an option to connect to someone who can help make these claims. Can I please be provided with directions on how I can speak to someone who can help me make this claim. Providing the link to the "Contac Us" web site does not help because it just directs me here or to a phone number where no one is answering. I would like actual support with this issue so that I can solve it before I am truly feeling frustrated. Thank you.
