I purchased TurboTax premier online edition for 2024 at costco.ca. Costco sent me an email with a link to download TurboTax online edition. It includes both the link and a key. However, when I click the link it takes me to a TurboTax site with download options for Windows PCs only. Can't find your site for the macOS downloads for the online edition.

How do I activate my TurboTax premier online for macOS?

To activate your TurboTax Online Premier edition please visit this link.

Select that " I have an account" ,log into your account and proceed to the second step by adding your 16 digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product.
