Override Not Clearing

Hi everyone,

Tax noobie here. I have automatically input all the information from my T4 from MyCRA and it shows I have overrides making my return ineligible. I have pressed to clear all overrides multiple times and it is still showing that I have overrides to clear. It mentions I can click on "Go To Forms and Select Find/Remove Overrides from the Edit menu" but it doesn't show that option. Could this be a bug or software issue? Pretty certain with everything linking to MyCRA all the info is correct.

Make sure to check if you have any unnecessary forms open, make sure to clear and delete the forms. Also, all forms are not updated at this time and NETFILE is not open till the 24th of February. we would suggest to wait till then and if the issue still persist please contact product support so they can screenshare and investigate this for you.
