    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought turbo tax online for the year 2024 but I mistakenly entered into a turbotax account that I have never used to prepare any tax return. I initially thought that the turbotax account where I entered the activation code was the one that I have used in filling my tax returns last year.&amp;nbsp; When I tried to create a tax return for 2024, it didn't lead me to carry forward my filed tax return last year because it was not the correct turbotax account.&amp;nbsp; So I tried entering the activation code to my correct turbotax account but the said code doesn't work anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help get the activation code move from the incorrect turbotax account to the correct account.&amp;nbsp; Thank you in advance for the help/&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have used tax online last year.&amp;nbsp; I have 2 turbotax accounts. One account was used last year and the other one has never been used to prepare tax returns. Both accounts used the same email address though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I saw private message but it wont let me reply. So my response to your private message is below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate the coupon code. But unfortunately, the code is good only for one return? So I won't be using it. I purchased from Costco the Turbotax Premier Online Edition which includes 12 returns. I guess it would be better if I just return the purchased software to Costco? Turbotax could just deactivate the code.&amp;nbsp; I won't be using the wrong account anyway wherein I incorrectly entered the activation code for tax 2024. The said turbo tax account has never been used to prepare or file any tax return.&amp;nbsp; So please advise if I will expect for a Premier Online Edition with 12 returns or not. If not, I could just go return to Costco and buy a new one.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
