    <description>&lt;P&gt;Installed TT 2024 Canada on my PC, we are Canadians. My wife is an american and must file US income tax. I have been doing this for years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But ever since you changed the name, way back, from QuickTax to TurboTax it’s always been a nightmare to load both programs on the same PC. “TT Installer” requires you to uninstall the installed version because, surprise, they are both called TurboTax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to have TT-Canada operational to look up info necessary to complete the TT-US filing for 2024.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did speak with TT Support after long hold, lengthy conversation with Rep, who was very nice and was elevating it to tier 2 support, when we were disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Know, I KNOW this IS possible, because I have BOTH Canada &amp;amp; US TurboTax 2022 &amp;amp; 2023 up and running on my Windows 10 PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just can never remember all hoops you have to jump through to do this. I only do it once a year and I’m not getting any younger.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really would appreciate help, Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (mid-February) to the regular filing deadline (April 30), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;9 AM to midnight ET for English support&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;During the rest of the year (May 1 to mid-February), we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.&lt;/P&gt;
