Unrecognized charge on my bank account !!!

Hi,

I have an unrecognized charge in my bank account for $540.75. I logged in to my turbotax account, there’s no history payment, and I’ve never added any payment information under my account. I went to the bank, they told me to contact Intuit to solve the problem. Please have someone to assist the issue asap. Thank you.

Are you using any other Intuit services like Quickbooks? Or does it specifically say that it's for TurboTax?

my bank statement only shows “Intuit Canada P” $540.75. I have only usee turbotax service before. And, I checked my product and billing under my account. It only shows I have turbotax account.

Please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608 as they will be better able to assist you.

During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (mid-February) to the regular filing deadline (April 30), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:

9 AM to midnight ET for English support
9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

During the rest of the year (May 1 to mid-February), we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.

Did this get resolved??

I had same issue happen with 3 charges of "Account Payable Pmt INTUIT CANADA P INTUIT" for over $6000 total and the customer service says it doesn't exist on their end. I'm at a loss of words for what to think of this company.

Did you ever get this resolved? Intuit withdrew over $16k from his business account without authorization and he has never used an Intuit product in his life. The withdrawal description also said "Account Payable Pmt INTUIT CANADA P INTUIT."

I highly recommend that person contact their bank to investigate this, as we don't have any product that costs 16k.
