CPP overcontributions

Working on tax returns for both myself and my husband as well as my niece (low income) All 3 returns say that we have over contributed CPP and the program is adding the premiums to the refunds I have double checked that I have the information in the correct boxes. Suggestions?

Please make sure that everything is filed out on your T4 slip ex: Box 10 (province), Box 26 (pensionable earnings)…
