CTB calcuations

I am working on my nieces return. She is low income (23K) and has I dependent child. When I conduct a review of her return it says her CTB will only be 72.00 a month. When I imput the same information on the government website is says her CTB will be over 700 a months. Is there a problem with the software?

CTB showing in TurboTax is an estimated amount. CRA will asses the return and will determine the eligible amount accordingly.
