Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?

Turbotax will not allow me to input T4RIF, T3,etc. I downloaded T5008, T4A from CRA but nothing else came down. The program skipped most of the other inputs needed when I was using easy steps. The input areas are frozen in the program and I cannot get access.

@vanbiele You can try restarting the program, or your whole computer. If you are still seeing the issue, you can try reinstalling the software. It will not delete your saved returns.
