      <title>Refund Request – Inadequate Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;recently submitted my T4 form and paid $70 for tax preparation. However, my experience has been extremely frustrating. I asked several questions to the professional handling my case, but I received no response. This lack of communication and transparency has left me deeply dissatisfied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore, I request that the person currently working on my taxes no longer continue with the service. Additionally, I demand a refund of the amount paid, as the service provided has been far below expectations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Cassius&lt;/P&gt;</description>
