Did not get the RBC Client discount as advertised for 2023 tax return

Hi! I paid for the 2023 tax return with my RBC Master card on Apr 14 2024 (I have the credit card statement). The website stated that I will get 20% off with the card. However, I was charged with the full amount and I have not received any refund or adjustment for the charges. Please help.

Did you get a discount email offer from RBC? You do need to log in from the link provided in that promotional email or from your RBC account if they have offered you a 3rd party discount. If you have started your return directly by logging into your account form TurboTax website the discount won't apply.
