If you are using TurboTax Online, search for Donations on the Tax Home page to get to the Charitable Donations page.

To get to the pension splitting page, run the Review from the Tax Home page, and then when you get to the "some items need review" page of the person who's splitting their pension, you'll see a message about it in the Tax-saving opportunities section.
