Hi,

I have bought turbotax program at shoppers. I've tried to install my labtop, but it can't. So I searched reason at your website. You said I have to switch out of s mode. But I can't click the GET button, I don't know why.

How do I do now?

I tried like that, but it doesn't work as attached screenshot.

I have a download code only.

If I can use turbotax in online instead of download, I want it.

Can I do that?

Please contact Microsoft to get this issue fixed as it is related to the OS.

The codes for TurboTax Desktop will not work with TurboTax Online & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need.

You can submit a online refund request.
