Stuck on Summary Screen before entering slips (Standard)

After entering my initial information in Easy Steps it dumped me to the Detailed Summary Screen (with all 0's because I haven't entered any slips yet) and won't let me resume entering information. The "Back" Button just reloads the screen and all the options in the left pane show a "locked" icon next to them. I've never seen this happen before. How do I continue?

You can try restarting the program, or your whole computer. If you are still seeing the issue, you can try reinstalling the software. It will not delete your saved returns.
