I work in ON and my employer made a contribution to a private health plan which is a taxable benefit. I received a letter with the amount but not a RL-1. Where do I record this taxable benefit?

Do I add a RL-1 and add the amount in A and J only?

If it was a taxable benefit, it should be included on your T4, in Box 40.
