Can't change license key for TurboTax 2018.

I reinstalled TT 2018, but the key is wrong. I tried entering the key from the CD, but it didn't do anything. The wrong key is probably attached to my account. Can you delete the key on your server so I can enter the right one? Or just an activation code, so I can change the license key myself.

I had to rebuild my laptop and reinstall all previous TurboTaxes. Only TurboTax was unsuccessful
