Box 13 has a drop-down menu but it does not allow me to enter the dollar value of bank interest.

There's Box 13, and then there is the drop down menu underneath to select the source.

FYI - I don't get access to the same screen as shown above. There is a dropdown box, but there is no field for entering the dollar value.
