Then when I want to launch Turbotax support it wants me to log in again Why!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then when I use my Turbotax login to get into Support, I clicked on a question in search results&amp;nbsp; but I get an error message saying I do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What! Its harder to get help from Turbotax than to file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
