How do I get a refund for a failed tax return

I attempted to do a tax return but it wasn’t successful since I had already attempted with another site, can you get refunded for what was paid when attempting to file?

Can you please clarify what error message are you getting when trying to NetFile your return?

When I sign in I see that they can’t accept my tax return because my records has already received it, I filed with a different company but didn’t do good so I filed with TurboTax and since I had paid for it already only for it to say that and I managed to fix my original tax return I just want to know if I can get refunded.

Unfortunately, This is not possible as you have used DIY TurboTax Online, which only allows you to pay at the end after preparing your return. Please note we do not charge for filing.
