Unable to receive call from a tax expert

I'm currently out of the country with no access to Canadian number. I have paid for the full premier service. I have completed uploading my docs but I'm stuck on the tax expert matching since the form doesn't accept international numbers. Can I initiate the call to the expert? Or is there another way to get contacted? Skype, Teams, GoogleVideo? It's very disappointing that after you pay you get this experience.

Unfortunately, You do need a Canadian/ North American number to get in contact with a Tax Expert. Also note, Tax Expert services are not available for Non-Residents.

If you have already paid and have not used the services, you can you can submit an online Refund Request.
